Who is Mr. Sergey Moiseev?

Look to Arkhangelsk for an introduction of contemporary Russian election games. Here, four men with the same name have announced their candidacies in the local mayor’s elections. Of the Moiseevs, one is a bulldozer driver, one a pensioner and a third truck driver, Dvinainform.ru reports.

The whole story appears organised by the opponents of the fourth Sergey Moiseev, member of the city assembly and leader of the local movement People’s Control. He is considered one of the strongest candidates for the mayor’s post.

The deadline for the registration of candidates is on April 5. The elections will be held in late May.
