Russian soldiers told to stay away from Facebook

A warning was in late March sent out by the Russian Security Service to border guards in Murmansk Oblast, Regnum.ru reports.

The FSB, which is in charge of the border guard service, fears that soldiers might leave sensitive information on the contact site and that people with bad intentions might abuse it. A growing number of soldiers have registered at the website, which has become the main Russian answer to Facebook.
