Minister meetings in Kirkenes-Murmansk

The Norwegian and Russian foreign ministers spent two and a half days together in the Norwegian-Russian borderlands. On the agenda was the facilitation of cross-border travel, industrial cooperation in the Barents Sea, the situation at Spitsbergen and other bilateral issues.
