Barents Council meeting in Murmansk

Location

On October 15th, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and other high representatives of Russia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, and the European Commission will meet to summarize and discuss the forthcomings of the cooperation between the members of the Barents Euro-Arctic Council.

Barents Euro-Arctic Council (BEAC) is the forum for intergovernmental cooperation in the Barents Region. BEAC was established in 1993 in order to “provide impetus to existing cooperation and consider new initiatives and proposals”
